蕨餅 (Warabimochi)
Warabimochi is not a true mochi but is a jelly-like confection made from bracken starch and covered or dipped in kinako (sweet toasted soybean flour). It is popular during the summer especially in the Kansai Region and Okinawa, and is often sold in trucks like the ice cream trucks in Western countries.
